two unknown PCN ccjs now on my credit file.

Recommended Posts

last year i went on my credit file to find a random CCJ for £340 on my file..

i had NO idea about this and I do open all my post

i have moved house but updated everything i needed too

have not got around to sorting it out because i know what it is as i can sort it as i know 100% its a mistake on their behalf..

now i just got a letter today from NEWLYN saying they want to recover the CCJ money of a second one..

looked on my credit file and one parking solution LTD wacked it on there ( parking ticket ) last month.

how can they just do this without me being aware or even notified,

surely if they can send a debt collection instruction..

they can make me aware of it all??

My credit file is on the floor anyway.

. but still

just to say this parking ticket must be 2+ years old.

  • dx100uk changed the title to two unknown PCN ccjs now on my credit file.

because you moved and did not update anyone with a debt or charge against you with your correct address

the everything would have been sent to you old address.

I would guess the newlyn letter is from their DCA wing

not the bailiff one

so anything they have added is illegal as they are not operating as bailiffs but a mere powerless DCA whom cant never be bailiffs andhave ZERO legal powers on ANY DEBT as with any other DCA on any other type of debt.

get the two CCJ numbers from your credit file

go ring northants bulk and ask for a copy od BOTH claimforms and both CCJ judgements by email PDF.

then when you have those comeback here with the info.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

do you remember what this would be about as far as dates and places?

You can go for a set aside quite easily and theymay be forced to pay your costs form the outset which will put them off wanting to restart their claim.

so have you moved home in the last couple of years?
