I don't know where you're reading all this stuff. You are confusing the protocol for debt with the protocol which applies to you.

You simply have to send a 14 day warning. You should be reading up the steps about what to do when the warning expires – in other words what to do on day 15 and then what to expect in the exchange of documents.

Also you need to register on the Moneyclaim site and understand that as well.

This is a self-help site

Can I remove a CCJ from my credit report?

You can ask us and the other two credit reference agencies to remove a CCJ from your credit profile if you can prove that:

  • You paid the full amount within one calendar month of the CCJ being issued

https://www.experian.co.uk/consumer/guides/ccjs.html

We could do with some help from you.
