I successfully got a claim stayed by reading posts on this and other sites but I have received another claim for a credit card I had with Marbles 3 years ago. I have acknowledge the claim and made the CPR request and have started writing my defence.

However I have a quick question relating to this CPR request.  - I received a letter from Mortimer Clarke stating they have received  my request and have forwarded this on to their clients and they may not have these documents ect.

At the bottom of the letter it says they have extended the time for me to file my defence by 28 days. Am I now best to wait to see if any documents are forthcoming?

Many thanks

what was your old username?

as for the CPR , it's one of the options they can offer you, its mentioned in the CPR request.

but you don't agree so you don't contact the court and agree from your side

the std timescale thus still applies...hope you did CCa too?

please complete this:

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
