Hello Everybody

I am very happy to become a member of the CAG family. I have begun my epic jounery and looking foward to things to come.

I have been reading through the forums and I think its an amazing site.

Although I have trawled through the information I have a few questions.

In regards to interest due to my charges taking me overdrawn, it is a matter of pence and I only want to claim the charges themselves back. Should i just state charges total in my prelim and not add interest?

Also, in the descripton of the charges, I have a couple of card misuses. Can I still claim these?

I think I know the answers already but would greatly appreicate if someone would confirm.

Thanks for your time

I just stated charges in my claim and didn't add interest on until it went to court and you can claim for card misuse

Hello

I sent my pre lim on the 01/12/2006. I have checked the royal mail website and it states the letter was recieved on the 04/12/2006 but i havent heard anything yet. Is this normaly for Natwest? Has anyone not recieved a reply from Natwest to their prelim?

Nat West can quite often not respond to the preliminary letter so don't be alarmed by this. Stick to the timescales and remember it's you who's calling the shots not the bank.

Once the 14 days have passed proceed with the LBA, whether you've recieved a response or not.
