Yes, as long as you allege the facts that you will be relying upon at the hearing. However at the hearing you will have to support those facts with evidence and then the judge will make a decision.

It's no difference to making the primary claim. You don't supply evidence when you're making the claim – you simply lay out the facts of the case and then you prove them at the hearing

he did not make a counterclaim in his defence

he cannot at any other time without the judges permission.

no permission has been granted.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
