Thats long been the plan and action in schools hasn't it - Have the kids sit there in jumpers and coats for their lessons with the windows open. My grandson went though that and went home with a blue nose more than once despite us being able to afford warm clothing

Not last I heard - but they wouldnt be needed with all the windows open would they ... All part of Boris' plan to keep kids 'safe',

like not feeding them because theres a link between severe illness from covid and being overweight ... so 'the thinner the better' fat Boris says

 

.. let alone the 'opportunities' from the arctic melting as the host of Cop declared, maybe the bubonic plaugue and black death in the bodies defrosting will kill off coronavirus eh?

I recently received a letter from NHS who are working with Imperial London University on Covid antigens study.  I am being sent a testing kit to find out what level of antigens I have.

 

Presume this is one of many such studies to see what level of protections people have against Covid

. They asked what vaccinations I received and when etc.  The timing for the test appears to be just short of the 6 months, following my second jab, so they can see what level of protection still exists.

Current views seem to be in line broadly with what I've been seeing reported:

UB, is “antigens” a typo?

 

I suspect this is from the REACT-2 study (rather than ECCOVACC) : does it mention either of these? Is it looking at antibody levels (rather than antigens)?

 

Does it look similar to the more widely available Covid lateral flow tests, but with the letters C, G, and M (in sequence from top to bottom, by the side of the “results window”)?

Not having much knowledge I read the letter again and Bazza you are correct.

 

It is part of the "React Sudy-  take a test to help the NHS plan for Autumn and Winter"

 

They will be posting me a high standard RT-PCR swab test and at the time I do this, I need to complete another online form.

 

It will be analysed for Covid-19 and Flu.

React-2 has a number of “arms”, one of which is Covid PCR (the swab tests), while there is also community antibody testing (on blood, rather than swab(s)).

That's interesting because it doesn't seem to be mentioned on their website, unless it's something that pops up when you order a test.

Well one part of the narrative above that graphic is true - people are sick of COVID and being told what to do.  Two doors down from me last weekend, mother and six year old child both confirmed +ve on the Thursday.  Birthday party for eight year old daughter went ahead on Saturday in the home and I'm not aware of anyone refusing to attend nor of anyone even commenting on it happening.  That I know means it is common knowledge as I have no special access to such information.  I wouldn't go near but I do understand (to an extent) the argument that says they're all mixing at school anyway so what's the difference.
