Please help with advice or who knows, a couple of years ago in Kuwait, I took two phones on credit from a mobile operator, and could not pay and left the country, and the question is if I fly through Dubai to another country or to of Dubai itself, can hold me up at the airport ??

This is not something anyone can answer here. How would we know whether a Kuwati Mobile phone operator had registered a debt, which is also registered in other countries in the region ?

Could you be stopped in entering Dubai and be questioned about a debt left behind in Kuwait ?  Possibly.   Have you looked into finding out whether a debt is registered, which would cause you problems entering Middle countries ?

I would suggest it was not credit but a std mobile phone contract where the phones came free.

never heard of this being classed as a UAE debt.

go look at the service providers website upon how they operate in the UAE

I bet there is no credit agreement and you never signed a credit agreement

if you signed anything at all it was a service contract to provide mobile communication services , the phone was a billed add on.
