I signed up to study with ICS in September,  paid £100 deposit.

Was made redundant end of September.

I never started the studies, or even got anything from them.

I asked for a refund and cancellation.

Got an email saying they will accept £300 as final payment.

I said I don't have it, never started studies and paid £100 for nothing etc.

Now being chased by Reid Shepherd and Co.

For full amount of £2619??

I never signed anything, can they pursue me for this legally?

got sc@mmed in the 1st place looking at how ICS operated.

Reid Shepherd and Co are simply a debt management co..

safe to ignore util or unless you get a letter of claim from a solicitor whose client is stated as ICSlearn.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

if everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's tomorrow

the biggest financial industry in the UK, DCA;s would collapse overnight.

When did you sign up for the cause? When did you give notice?

Presumably it was all online.

What information were you provided?
