I have been making £1 a month payments to an M&S Credit Card debt since 2009.

These were stopped in Nov 19 and CCA request and DSAR submitted.

The credit card was initially an old M&S chargecard.

I have been sent the attached CCA documentation for the credit card.

Can I have an opinion whether this constitutes an enforceable document.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

well you say it was a storecard

if you hadn't signed the new agreement (when it changed from a store card to a CCA regulated credit card]

you could have had a get out clause

i'd say you are quite lucky its not been sold on as i'd expect the relevant T&C's pages exist too and with a complete package a dca would have a very good case should they decide to litigate.

as it stands M&S appear to ne happy , though an sar could throw up penalty charges (but not many for 3 yrs I bet]...it might pay you to try and F&F this at the earliest oppotunity
