dca's are not bailiffs and can safely be ignored.

 

call the number shown on the letter

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Just call HMRC tax credits number to discuss repayment options. 

 

They just need to find out from you what repayment option is best. 

We could do with some help from you.

and who said talk to a powerless muppet DCA esp over the phone!.

 

never ever speak, write or email a DCA

they are NOT BAILIFFS 

and have

 

ZERO legal powers on ANY debt

least of all a gov't one

Hi dx what should I do. He just said hmrc would be back in touch and that he’d note that I was on maternity

bluestone are the latest dca that HMRC use.
