What other stuff have you had regarding this? did you ever get an NTK etc, and have you moved since  November 2016?  DCBL are acting as DCA looking at the letter, but they are not beyond implying they have powers, The £70 admin fee is naughty as well.

We could do with some help from you.

its really naughty of them to still be using the bailiff tag and now are using the ch.5. prog logo too to sc@m people into paying these speculative invoice by fright.

If I did receive an NTK  in 2016 it would have gone straight in the shredder, and I haven't moved since 2016.

Same received here.  As an avid avoider of PCNs I managed to accumulatea huge number of these. All ignored, all treated with the contempt they deserve. Today a batch drop of 'Debt Recovery' letters  (around 18) all with the DCBL headed paper for a few PCNs dating back teh last few years.    Funnily enough the first line of the back page of each one states 'This case is not subject to High Court or Bailiff action'

Front of the letter tries to say differently though and has a few contact numbers as well as the usual' A further £70.oo + VAT, administration and arecovery blah blah.

01302 897022

0203 434023

as well as DBCL addresss

Back has a few advise numbers and is signed

'Kind Regards

It is a standard threatogram for a dca. Now this mob are the ones you see on the telly in their other roles as High Court enforcement Officers, as they seem keen to brag about on this taradiddle, but that is irrelevant and misleading, they are mere beggingletter writers at this juncture.

They cnat add their magical unicorn food tax either, they dont own the debt and as you have ignored all other correspondence then Highview wil be relying on keeper liability and that places a strict limit on what they can ask for and that is the amount shown in the NTK.

Highview did have a habit of using the wrong wording on their NTK's so failing to create any liability whatsoever. If you still had the original we could point out what to look at for this info
