the apart form trashing the parst of the employment act covering dismissals they have also punished you for OBEYING a lawful instruction. That menas they should properly consider a written appeal and reinstate you or they will be having a discussion they dont want to have with their lawyers at an Employment Tribunal.
Now you need to beta them at their gae by following the rules so read your employment contract, see what it says about appealing decisions and if there is nothing then you write to the boss of the person who sacked you and appeal stating that yo were folowing the writtne instructions of the co and more importantly they have failed tio carry out a proper investigation , failed to followi the correct procedure for the disciplinary and failed to follow the correct procedure for dismissal and you would seek reinstatement without loss of pay as a remedy.
If they fail to respiond or wonnt reconsider their methods then you first of all go to ACAS and then set about filing an unfair dismissal claim via an ET1
if you dont appeal you will trip yourself up
I would prepare everything you will need for a defence so you can answer all of the points raied if the judge decides to go for a summary judgement. that could happen if they dont do anything so be ready.
the bit about agreeing to pay within 28 days is part of their suppoed contract and the POFA regulation upon timings to create a liability.
Now this is clearly a different event to the first one so we will need allof the information about this event- date time whether you got a ticket slapped on the car, date the NTK was issued and the date it arrived, what other correspondence you have received, what was the issue date of the court claim and what exactly the claim is for.
we will also need to see images of the entrance to the land and the signage at the entrance and any other signage on the site. If it is P&D them we need to see the blurb on the ticket machine and also know whether the driver paid to park or not.
It may well be that this "debt" is statue barred as it seems to date back to 2011. However, we need to see the details, as honeybee & BankFodder have asked. In particular in quick bullet points could you tell us
- when you parked
- when they sent you the ticket
- when they sent a Letter Before Action/Claim
- when you got court papers
- when you got the CCJ.
That is of course if all these things have happened.
