Recommended Posts

Hi

As requested I have opened a new topic of a final demand from Moriarty Law for £69k, as yet not received anything further since 25th August.

Can you please advise the best course of action.

hi Andyorch,

Do you think I need to respond to these as dx100 says I should have with the claim he is helping with??

had to remove your upload you've left ref no's and bar and Qcode boxes showing which can ID you.

although those letters were not a letter of claim with a response pack? or you've not received one prior and ignored

as they have issued a claim on the other debt that you got the same letter on

I would be replying using our std PAPLOC reply form as others have done.

you dont need to respond to the one subject to the claimform now do you....think about it...

and that's not our pap reply form either

ive removed it as its a word doc

if you look in properties

all you pers details are there

which is not a good idea to give out on an Anon forum.

read upload use only pdf

for ref post 5 here

anything you post up here other than typing should be a PDF

didn't say anything regarding your letter format posting outbound using royal mail.

your reply should be as detailed in that post 5.

Slowly but surely just hang in there and I will get there eventually

Shows we can all read things incorrectly

Please see both final demand letters attached, nothing since this.

each debt letter from moriarty.pdf

we don't mind people reading things incorrectly

that's how most DCA's get people to wet themselves and blindly cough up.

they think may/if/could/might/instructed means will.

so for the debt that is not subject to courtclaim form.

do as post 13.

So the form is just a print off and fill in as the top of the form says they have 30 days to fill in and reply or are we providing them the form they should have sent me??

What is me recommended response for dispute?

God you must be loving me!!!

fill it in exactly as advise in the text of post 5 there

there is no additional reason so far here ...just use the default there already .

it doesn't say anything about them having to fill anything in

just they have a 30days period to respond

however in this case I suspect that's pretty immaterial.
