Well done on your win.

Any chance that you could post up the claim form and also your defence in PDF format so that we can all gloat learn from your experience.

Please also post up the judgement. How much are you talking about here? What was the date of it all?

Well I don't see why you shouldn't be able to put the county court bailiffs in but @Andyorch will be along and have a better idea

I would also send a copy of the judgement and a letter of complaint to their so-called professional body – the International Parking Community – as well as putting it around on trust pilot, Twitter, Facebook and generally speaking social media that they don't pay their debts.

Also send a copy of the judgement and a letter to the owners of the car park in question – whoever they are.

Writs and warrants – separate enforcement of costs

(a) judgment is given or an order made for—

(i) payment of a sum otherwise than by instalments ('the sum'); and

(ii) costs to be assessed; and

a writ of control or warrant of control (as appropriate) may be issued for the recovery of the sum.

a separate writ of control or warrant of control may be issued for the recovery of the costs.

is this:

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

conty court bailiffs have less powers than a high court enforcement officer but I would syill get them involved. you will need to phone them early in the morning to catch them in the office. Fee is £65( i think) but that is added to their bill anyways.

Also have a look at the IPC rules and see if there is any mention of disreputable conduct and if there is amke a complaint to them about VCS. also see if you can get your local paper interested or even local radio/TV news station.

Embarrass the poo out of them

Hi All, Thanks for your input, I am putting things into the pipeline this week, also notify the press and my MP.  I am also challenging the DVLA for breach of my data.
