I have had a ccj letter which the comments section appears to have been written by a child ,With zero account proof or anything . looking at the comments section the debt is fictitious! It is from Cabot- Mortimer solicitors .
I had a debt from 2005-6 and have had no contact for over six years yet here they are creating a false claim for another bank I don't have?
Obviously they have made this claim up to try to get me to pay for a statute barred debt I will not be paying,it ruined my credit file for many many years I have paid massively as it is.It looks like these runts are trying to get me another ccj because they have lost any chance of getting any cash from me.
How can I get these parasites reported and stopped?

I'm surprised they haven't backed down already. Clearly if I am prepared to risk a £25 fee for a £25 claim, I will be prepared to also risk the hearing fee, but maybe they are not seeing it like that.
Or maybe they genuinely believe they can defend their 28 day term to report losses.
Okay – so you can either expect them to put in a defence, or more likely they might put their hands up. However, they may decide to test you to see whether you are prepared to pay the hearing fee before putting their hands up. The money is no skin off their nose if they have to pay all costs. I think that they would prefer to see you back down
I have to do property visits as part of my new work (inventory clerk, I am getting on a bit for carpet cleaning now), and I spend on average 10 minutes in the house, but unfortunately I do have to take a photo of each room, but as I tell the tenant, I have to do it, but will do my best not to include any personal items such as photo's etc. Obviously if there are any problems with the property I take a bit longer and have to photograph the problem such as mould etc, but in general, I am very polite and apologetic because neither of us wants me there, and am as quick as I can be.
Unfortunately the letting agents does these as they have to justify the management fees to the landlords, and the photo of each room is to prove that each room has been visited.
