Dear all,

I purchased aquarium light on 25th February 2019 off Ebay.

The light no longer works (continually flashing).

I have contacted the seller but have had no reply. I bought using Paypal who inform me they only cover for 108 days and I believe Ebay buyer protection lasts only 30 days.

I think that the item should last a lot longer than this.

My question is: do I have any recourse here? can I get a refund?

Thank you for your help in advance.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
