DX100UK,

I ignored the last final demand letter from Moriartylaw as per your advice.

It has been quite ever since until yesterday when I received another letter.

The letter pretty much says the same and that they need me to reply within 14 days or they "could" proceed with CCJ proceedings. As they have been instructed by ADCB to issue enforcement action.

Do I ignore this letter or respond?

Thank you

Have you now received the default notice from the Bank ?

Last October the Solicitors admitted, no default notice had been issued and the Bank have since had plenty of time to issue one.

If no default notice has been received, this might suggest that they have no intention of issuing Court claim in the near future.

We could do with some help from you.

I cannot see how they can issue a Court claim, if they have not issued a default notice.

You might owe a debt, but if the terms of the account require the Bank to take certain actions before they could enforce the debt in a Court, then I would suggest you study the account terms/conditions very carefully.  If you can become expert in understanding the account terms, this might come in handy, if you ever did have to defend a Court claim.

we are gonna jump.

we will jump.

we really really will jump.

does it ever end...

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
