Capquest and CAp1 card CCA return

Recommended Posts

Hi

I requested a CCA from Capquest, as they are trying to get me to repay a Debt to Capital One of around £1500.  I did pay them around £3.00 a month for a couple of years and then stopped

The card was taken out with Capital One in 1999.  Capquest have sent me copy of the application form which I signed and then some A4 pages, which look a lot newer with some terms and conditions.

Can anyone advise my next step please

Thanks in advance

Please read upload carefully and redact things properly

Crossing thru with a pen expecting us to ignore whats behind it is going to allow them to ID you

But thats an application form not an enforceable agreement.
