Hello,

does anyone know if the "fine" from RLP becomes a CCJ eventually if not paid.

This is my first time stealing goods from a store and

reason is because companies judge people that they steal

but companies steal from people everyday in many different ways

they have a sneaky way of doing it

no one cares and this is not right!

They should also be penalised.

Never stolen in my life until lately

but it is so unfair how many times companies tricked me nothing was done about it

now i have had enough.

Any advice would be appreciated

. Thank you

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

RLP were spanked in court a while back, so are unlikely to make a Claim, the other part with RLP is their beloved "Dishonesty Database" which the allegedly put the names of "Offenders" on.  That might not be GDPR compliant.

We could do with some help from you.

Stop trying to justify your actions and accept that theft isnt acceptable and wont be condoned by us. now what we do is offer practical advice on outfits like RLP who mke money by leaning on vulnerable people and massaging the truth to get them to pay money that isnt due. RLP cant and wont take you to court.

Now you clearly have some hangovers from the past that still aggrieve you so how about starting a new thread in the relevant forum and we will try and help you there. So for example you have been bamboozled into a phone contract that you never really wanted there is a place for that in the retail forum
