A London newspaper has been forced to apologise for remarks made in an editorial column that claimed David Cameron felt only “privileged pain” over the death of his disabled son, Ivan.
The Guardian said the original version of the piece, which was published online on Sunday, “fell far short” of its standards.

It didn't fall short at all, this is typical of the Left Wing, Labour Guardian. They just follow Corbyn all the way, it's just what a Marxist newspaper would say.

When is Cameron going to properly apologise to all of us for the devastation and divisiveness he has unleashed upon us all?

Then sodded off and left others to take advantage of it.

Then added further insult to existing insult and injury by not staying sodded off, just because he wanted to promote his 'memoires' and sell more copies.

Nothing but an Obnoxious self serving Piers Morgan (as poignantly defined by Danny Dyer)  little if any better than his mates Johnson and Gove..

The Tory Legacy

Record high Taxes, Immigration, Excrement in waterways, energy company/crony profits

Record low: living standards and investment

Crumbling Hospitals, Schools, council services, businesses and roads

If only the Govt had thrown a protective ring around care homes with the same gusto they do around their crooked MPs

“This is specifically not allowed. Mr. Mansour used to be a Cabinet Minister in Egypt, he has given the Tories a huge amount of money, and immediately gets a knighthood.

That seems straightforwardly corrupt.  Shouldn’t they both be in jail?”

That has to be one of the worse Troll posts ever.  This has nothing to do with politics, it was laughing at a person who had just lost his son, disgusting and false apologies count for nothing.

Wonder how many peoples (childrens) lives have been blighted by Tory austerity cost cutting of essential services while:

buying DUP votes and Johnson allocating 100 million for propaganda?

At least Cameron didn't have to wait long for his apology did he?

and wasn't Cameron the one actually initially broadcasting it rather than keeping it private and personal as most would?

Thats rich coming from someone whose initial post appears to be nothing more than seeking to 'get one up' on the Guardian

- Which apart from some very rare crass moments is generally one of the most decent papers around.

... else I would have expected to see no end of comments on the many times daily crass divisive hate mongering from the Express and Mail and such like from you -

... but no. not a peep.

You cannot show the Guardian and the Labour party is anything but Marxist. Corbyns association and bulling up and support of the terrorist groups around the world proves that.

ah

so it was simply an attack on the Guardian, not any genuine, however misplaced,  'righteous indignation'

and lets face real facts regarding your latest diatribe here quoted:

- anything even the slightest bit in any direction away from the dictates of the commonly elitist populist idealogues are Marxist/elitist/blah/blah

.. to 'populist zealots isn't it?

and even if someone is populist/right wing, God forbid they should do anything but agree with the fact-less, base-less, xenophobic, fanatical rantings of the ideologues eh?

... Rather strange given these idealogues commonly being the very definition of elitist

Like expensive private school boy and 'broker, son of a broker Farage,

or Eton elitists Cameron and Johnson

Come on. Surprise us

Lets see some real world fact based justification for ... anything ... from you

... As if

and back on subject:

Cameron, as well as broadcasting his grief, also apparently uses it in a times article (among others) promoting his 'memoires doesn't he ??

Oh my, we must be a remainer, I'm right and everyone else is wrong brigade..

So still  no 'real world fact based justification for ... anything ... from you'

... at least as yet

SO:

Is Farage an ex financial broker. son of a broker who went to an expensive 'elite school? (and perhaps arguably lives in a Russian pimps spare million pound flat)

Is Johnson a Privileged Eton boy

Is Cameron a Privileged Eton boy

All the very definition of the privileged untouchable elite?

All seems true to me.

What facts are you (avoiding) disputing or making excuses for?

If you had snorted coke at school (if you could afford to)

and performed obnoxious acts with a pigs head as part of some elitist 'group',

would you have ended up a PM or MEP?

or would you more probably have ended up excluded from school and in court - then struggling to get anyone to employ you?

They sound more like wannabe Satanists than anything to me.

So explain to me why these people (Farage, Johnson, Gove, Cummings) are NOT the rotten core of the problem

or in fact anything other than the absolute definition of the problem?

and Why the heck are you dancing to their tune?

Please explain.

Dear oh dear, you really are a very bitter person and I don't see what anything you have said above has to do with taking the mick out of someone when their son dies.

Wealth and upbringing has nothing to do with feelings during a family tragedy.

so now YOUR sideways jumps and the responses to them have been moved to mess up the article 50 thread (so bit of a win for you there)

Given that Cameron has given many more interviews to promote his memoirs etc since my first response,

and in so many of them he promotes describing his grief at the loss of a child:

Which do we think is more crass?  and which least honest?

* Using the loss of a child to promote the sales of memoires for personal gain

* Pointing out that someone is monetising the loss of a child to promote sales for personal gain

??

Now I don't doubt that Cameron feels real grief at the loss of a child, no human being could do otherwise, but I think few would monetise that grief for anything other than promoting a genuine good cause.

eg Funding services and support to address the cause of the loss.

I personally don't think filling Camerons pockets more is a good cause. Do you?

Perhaps the publicity will not just generate more sales

- it might push him to donate the proceeds to some good cause?

To paraphrase a well known saying:

Perhaps hold your breath while we are waiting?
