Hi folks,

I received a number of letters from Moriarty Law demanding money for a credit card debt from ADCB in Abu Dhabi and you guys seem to have some good advice.

All the letters have come to an old address of mine, the first two on the 7th of August and gave me 30 days to comply and two more with FINAL DEMAND BEFORE COURT PROCEEDINGS on them giving me 16 days to comply.

The Debt is around £17,000 pound.

Can anyone advise me what my next move should be.

Thanks,

IrishLad

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Cool, will do!!! However the advise in the guide says "I dispute this debt because..recommended reason as advised from your thread and add the debt purchaser has yet to provide any or all of the required documentation." what would you recommend??

Sorry to be a pain, trying to get this off my back

just the end bit or if you have a dispute with the original creditor say so but not what.

its pretty immaterial what you put

its not ever going to be used in nor seen by a judge IF IF IF it gets that far.

read all the like PAP form threads already here in overseas get upto speed

there are dozens.
