Bank trying to strike out claim and claim costs from me

Recommended Posts

hello all

I am trying to get some bank charges back from my bank via the small claims court however I believe I have responded to an application notice

and as a result the bank is trying to strike out the claim, and claim costs of ££thousands.

The claim has not been allocated to the small claims track, and they are asking it to be struck out before it can be allocated.

any advice appreciated.

I think you will have to provide far more information as to the charges you are claiming, the basis on which you think you are entitled to recover them, a copy of your claim and of their defence would be handy and certainly a copy of the application notice – all of these uploaded in scanned PDF format please not photographs
