Hey.

Due to my working hours that I do I am unable to answer my phone and I was wondering if there was an email address I can use to talk about the situation and get it resolved.

Thank you.

Thank you for the information, I've moved you to the Gyms forum. We know all about CRS, site team member Slick and others should be along to advise later.

While you're waiting, have a read around the Gyms forum and you'll see how this all works.

how did you cancel?

simply by stopping the DD?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

if everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's tomorrow

the biggest financial industry in the UK, DCA;s would collapse overnight.

If you cancelled a gym agreement or the DD mandate that paid the gym, the last thing you should do is try to speak to, or email, CRS - they won't help you resolve anything and they'll just insist you pay unpaid gym fees plus increasing amounts of admin fees.

1. What gym is this about.

2. Was Harlands the admin con dealing with the DD pay'ts.

3. Was it a 12 month agreement or a rolling monthly agreement.

4. Did you give a months notice and pay a final fee before stopping the DD's.

5. By what method did you cancel.

Also please give us some dates for joining, cancelling, last DD paid.

We could do with some help from you
