Last October, I took out a phone contract with EE, purely because of the free watch and wireless charger that you would receive with it.

 

However, as I never received it and as EE kept fobbing me off, I stopped paying in February. EE have just closed my account and sent me a final bill.

 

I've had several arguments with their poor executive care team who have repeatedly fobbed me off, I still haven't got the goods and they say they can't check anything in regards to the status of the free items.

 

Surely this is a breach of contract? I've informed them of that several times and they now say it's at deadlock and to go to the Ombudsman, I'm not paying the bill so not sure what to do.

 

I purely took out that contract for that reason, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered and to me it's mis-selling and a breach of contract.

 

Any thoughts?
