Help! Caught shoplifting from Debenhams, Westfield

Does debenhams n westfield report to police after banning a shop lifter?

 

my friend shoplifted at debenhams, westfield, they took her to a room, took ID card, written her name on exclusion paper at debenhams n westfield and banned her at debenhms for life time and westfiled for 2 yrs, myquestionsare:
1. will they report to police after this?
2. will they report finding her work location?
3. my frnd is an immigrant, will this go into immigration records and will this affect visa cancelation or any?

We are scared as they have taken her name, the address, and photo will they use this to share to her employer or immigration? as an immigrant she scared of her visa and further extensions, Also they dint charge fine for the theft, so are there any chances of future actions?legally are there any chances still for them to take any action..

We just want to be tension free, she is having sleepless nights and was very scared every second hearing police sound or seeing them anywhere around. psychologically becoming very sick and not able to concentrate on work, your detailed answer will help to get rid of all these tensions and have a pleasant future. she have visa extensions and initiations to other countries, this is an other worry.. pls help

so no police called at the time = no record of the event= no passing on to employer (illegal)=no effect on immigration records.

Want to be tension free? learn from this and dont do it again, you can sleep well knowing nothing further will happen over this event but continue stealing = get caught and a criminal record and they might be booted out or refused entry to the other countries.

Keep out of Westfiled, they use sophisticared CCTV there and you will be spotted.
