DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi again,

I received reply from Barclays that they had already sent their decision in 2013 .

 BACK GROUND:

I was not agree with their offer only simple interest was used for refund which I  declined.

Declined letter was sent to Barclays at that time

( amount was used to offset debts held and rest as cheque which I returned back).

I have no problem with offset as long as they calculate as compound interest.

They never replied since then and just off the blue a letter turned up in 2017 which stated I have ppi with them .

They had tried to contact me and their mail was returned back.

Now they simply saying they had decided already and concluded the complaint?

I don't want to accept this decision.

how should  I respond to them ?
