Just contacted Cardiff Pinnacle in relation to ppi taken out on a policy with First National Bank in 1995
They located the policy and told me that Santander is dealing with these claims by post they provided a link

No your defence looks pretty much ok . Please do not be tempted to remove stuff in it. Not far to much at at. Its all very well saying put a tiny defence in on here but its another actually presenting that in the court as a D or a lay rep.
A sar is far from pointless and should be done when ever a letter before claim is received (if required)

16 November a text was sent from Supatel tosaying that an outstanding balance of £556.50
the account and it would be passed to a debt collection agency if not paid in 24 hours.

Supatel refused for the landline number to be moved to SKY as there was a debt on the account
The outstanding balance has now been
increased to £61
Don't touch them owe me £500 since January 2019 make excuse after excuse. Seem they always have software problems sending money out. Keep saying they will call back or email nothing been chasing it now for 6 mths the phone staff always have the same banter we will chase it up and get back to you then nothing!
