Hi and Welcome to CAG
I'm not really sure what most of the above means...but I picked up on the company name Supatel.
Yes it is a statutory requirement that the points remain on your licence for the prescribed time. They remain on your licence (or driving record) for four years from the date of the offence and remain "active" for "totting up" purposes for three years from that date. You should note that the "date of the offence" is not, in your case, that of the original speeding offence but instead is the date you committed the "Fail to provide details" offence. This would be 28 days after the date the notice requesting the details was served on you.
Whilst there is a mechanism to ask a court to reinstate your licence early following a disqualification (of three years or more) there is no mechanism to have penalty points removed early.
Are you the registered keeper, shown on the registration document (V5C)? If so then you're required to keep the car taxed and insured unless it's both declared SORN and kept off the public road. If the finance house is the registered keeper, it's their problem.
Just contacted Cardiff Pinnacle in relation to ppi taken out on a policy with First National Bank in 1995
They located the policy and told me that Santander is dealing with these claims by post they provided a link
Hopes this helps
No your defence looks pretty much ok . Please do not be tempted to remove stuff in it. Not far to much at at. Its all very well saying put a tiny defence in on here but its another actually presenting that in the court as a D or a lay rep.
A sar is far from pointless and should be done when ever a letter before claim is received (if required)
Maybe dx would like to explain why a sar is pointless......
