CIFAS wont listen

they cant resolve the issue.

 

you need absolution in the form of a written letter from the bank that placed the CIFAS marker that is was not you it was hacking fraud and they have resolved the issue.

 

until then you are wasting yours and everyone elses time sadly

esp applying for numerous bank accounts since that happened.

as that will make things worse

Only found out why my account with halifax had been freeze and block the day i told use it had been hack and that it was  used for putting counterfiet cheques , I  didnot know at the being of the post why this was happines to me . So  i was not wasting any post or anybody time DX100 and anybody that thought same as DX100

DX is trying to say that if you told us this occurred earlier in the thread then we could have helped get to the bottom of it quicker. 

You now need to speak to Halifax (Not over the phone) - Write them a formal letter. 

 

CIFAS wont give you any information over the phone. You will need to send a DSAR to them

I HAVE WRITE TO THE BANK AND TOLD THEM ABOUT MY ACCOUNT BEEN HACK AND THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT THAT WAS COUNTERFEIT CHEQUES IN MY BANK

 

SO I do act on the advice  i am give am not one of people sit back do nothing at all

have you written to Halifax telling them and asking them to investigate the hacking and have they concluded it was such and have they agreed with you it was not of your doing?
