RWay offering to accept 5% to satisfy 10yrs old CCJ - been paying £1PCM since then.

I have received the following letter regarding an alleged debt I have been paying off at £1.00 per month for probably 10 years  now following a court case.

Given it is Robinson Way my gut reaction is to put it straight into the shredder, particularly given the paragraph about 'partially settled'

Any advice?

Having studied this further, with my don't trust debt collectors head on, I'm guessing a  positive response would put back onto my credit file something which has now dropped off and although they say they would not pursue it any further they could still pass it to some bottom feeder to chase the remainder of the balance so it's going in the shredder...

Did you end up with a CCJ from the court case?

Nobody can put anything back onto your credit file once it has dropped off.

We could do with some help from you.
