CCA’s are not a waste of time. For the price of a an envelope, a sheet of A4, a stamp and a walk to the post office you could write off 000’s in debt and get this all off your back.

Why are you trying to do this the hard way?

It is a self-help forum.

The OP has to decide if they are willing / able to accept the help offered and put it into action.

OP if you aren’t willing / able to take the advice here - that might be because you know it is the right way but you don’t feel you can : if this is the case - have you considered finding someone who can advocate on your behalf?

(On the ‘flip side’ If it is because you just aren’t willing to accept the advice or because you think it is wrong - you need to say so!)

There is help here. Yet, if, 8 months on from the first advice you aren’t putting into practice - people will need to know why / what you’ll need to change, to be better able to help you help yourself.
