Want to know if you switch to the free report option while in the free subscription time, will it stop the £14.99 fee being taken or do you have to close the Experian account entirely to be sure the fee is not taken.

As the option they offer isn't clear it won't take the fee and need to know tonight, probably best to cancel the account.

Couldn't see option to remove payment method only allows change of card details so ac closed to be sure. A message appears after the action which says you can still use your login details to access your free ac, which isn't a full report.

I'll clarify with them tomorrow and report back.
