I have an SAR from Lloyds, and in it I found details of a credit card I forgot I have.

The charges on it are:

-PPI

-Interest

-Late Charges

I'm looking at this post:

In particular these points here:

-you'll need to fill in a copy of the statint.xls spreadsheet HERE

-you'll need to fill in the FOS Customer Questionnaire HERE

-you'll need a covering letter HERE

Once i have these three documents complete, am I ok to send to Lloyds?

Can I claim back for charges and interest?

you can try the charges but you might be refused

might be best to mention charges in your covering letter

something like:

should the PPI have caused any subsequent Penalty fees [over limit etc] I requires these refunded too.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
