Regarding the bank issue, would you suggest phoning, writing or physically going into the bank to sort out the DD complaint ?

Is the account still open or closed at this time?

Yes in writing is best to do it - I would consider the sudden jump in DD an abuse and the Bank should have queried this with you.

We could do with some help from you.

My account is still open and is my current account with Lloyds bank.

At the time I was so unsure of what to do.

I hope this can get resolved.

Wish I knew of this site before.

Off subject a little, where can I post issues related to work contract and overtime disputes?

Hello everyone!

Great news I got my money from Lloyds.

Was actually really easy to do!

So thanks everyone for the help.

The next thing to do is to write to Lowell's.

Now quick question, do I include my new address or simply ask for it ?

Also why haven't they just done a backdoor ccj already? Why now?

Anyone got a template I could use to write out and post?

No template.

Just respond saying, please note my correct residential address for all future communications.  Also that Lowells will need to contact 02 about the account, as there has been a recent change, which will need to be taken into account. That a formal complaint has been registered with 02.

Suggest that you contact 02 in writing to register a formal complaint about their handling of the account and the unauthorised debit to your Bank account, which your Bank have recently reversed.

We could do with some help from you.

I dispute this debt because..recommended reason as advised from your thread and add the debt purchaser has yet to provide any or all of the required documentation.

Will this work?

I disupte this debt because,

Firstly i only ever used my phone via wifi, there was never a notification regarding usage and data.
The rules regarding roaming usage has changed,  the default was illegal and was disputed.
This matter is between O2 and myself.
The debt purchaser has yet to provide any or all of the required documentation.
