Commercial First / business mortgage finance

 

Commercial first/business mortgage finance mortgage has  added on £92,000 worth of illegal costs on to my mortgage over the last 3 1/2 my mortgage account over the last  in just 3 years and they illegally  created other false documents and refusal to answer  any of  my questions under the “ request under the Freedom of information act 2000” and “Data Protection act“.

 

I can proof of doctored invoices and also other costs that they added on to my  mortgage account plus I have a copy of the  court  transcript when they stated I owned £16,000 just like they lied about to the court about my current arrears this is not true because they lied to court of how the arrears has occurred .

 

 I  have paid £109,000 in 13 years and I paid addition £4,135.00 Thursday and £1,830.00  this morning after they after they promised they would stop eviction  have paid and sill took my house any way and has just eviction me for property when I paid £6,000 yesterday to clear arrears(these arrears are caused by C added on £92,000 in just years illegally and has just eviction me for property when I paid £6,000 yesterday to clear arrears after they promised yesterday. I have proof that these costs are illegal and this can confirmed by my solicitors first putting £3,0000 illegal every months with out proof of any paper work if when I ask them for it after they promised yesterday.

This like Bank OF Scotland over produced the same documents over and over again.  They have also added on insurance fee that they not entitled to do this stated on the FCA website i have also made formal complaint and FOS also and have  lied to them. Struck notices on my house claiming was for rent (REMEMER I HAVE GOT PLENTY OF EVIDIENCE TO SUPPORT THIS)

 

I have searched the internet and found this has done this with many  people  as well would like to share my story to stop this from happening  to other people  I have got all the proof that all you would need, obviously you would check for my  evidence.

Right, FOI requests cant be made to non governmental organisations and the charges wont be ILLEGAL so your mortgage co will read what you have written in such a way as to think tht you dotn know what you are on about and then try and blather or stall things whilst still rokking yu for every penny they can.

now commercial mortgage so terms will be vastly different to home purchase and fees are part and parcel fo that game as a court will decide that you knew waht you were letting yourself into.

That means you have to come up with somehting more than just pouring out your feelings for us to be able to offer some solid advice

 

so, sight of morgtage terms, statements of account, why they have got solicitors involved ( arrears?)

what was the original interest and was that variable and if so on what basis?

 

we need to knwo an awful lost abotu how things have got to where they are and we also need to see the numbers so we can at least try an spot anything obvious

i think understand i was never in arrears, and my mortgage not commercial mortgage. this is cleary stated on my mortgage aggreement

 

As for my statements it stated that vety cleary solictiors the invoices solicotors are forged . i have court transcrpti to support the false costs.

 

am not guessing and for the interest in stated cleary separtely on my mortgage as well other costs that they cleary gentrated.

 

 I was pouring I was stating facts .

the comapny only do mortgages on commercial properties and you say it isnt a commercial mortgage?

try and explain yourself from the beginning as we are currently swimming through custard.

so when mortgage taken out? what sort of property is it? freehold or lease?

what agreed interest was used for calculations- fixed, variable- linked to BofE BR?

what about the serving of eviction notice? di you go to court to have it stayed?

 

seing the mortgage terms or at least a good portion of it where it refers to any fees etc will be helpful as well.

If they are committing wholesale fraud why havent you sued them for the retun of the moeny adn to get thejm to cease their activites? If sols fees forged have you asked the SRA to ask the sols for sight of the invoices> have you reported both co's to the ICO for breach of the DPA for their failure to provide the data?
