Hi All,

Sent a parcel back through DPD it arrived damaged so Wont get refund from the company, at the time of returning it we took out extra insurance as it was ceramics we were returning

but DPD said that ceramics are on their prohibited list, if you read the list it tells you that everything in the world is prohibited even paper.

Is this a case of miss selling useless insurance? Or have i been well and truly shafted.

                     Any Help welcome.

Did you disclose that it was ceramics when you booked it in and when you purchased the insurance?

What was the value?

yes we mentioned what it was and they did not mention the prohibited list, to be honest when you look at the list even packaging is on it!

sorry, the insurance was quite cheap but still if they do it to a lot of customers its a nice little earner and also are they on commission?
