Hi All,

I used to be on CAG as Beck1968 however I have lost my password and do not have access to the email address I used when joining up so I write this as a newbie although Bookie may remember me

I am currently in a Arbitration scrap with my commercial landlord - things are going well, but the arbitration process is murky when it comes to the CPR rules that apply

Can anybody tell me if CPR22 is valid in an arbitration case and if expert witness statements require a statement of truth also should the advocates statement of case

include a statement of truth

Regards
