Wow, timely update to Credit File! ha, at least we can be sure now what has happened to the account Default date is also good news - 2/3's the way to being removed entirely from your record Nothing else I can see, except perhaps get yourself a folder so you can file all existing and future correspondence as this moves along - It will help in the future -

Sorry dx trying to get my head around it, no agreements - is that not an agreement attached above or are you saying “no” cuz it’s just a name with no IP address on the document? no default - because the default is from SLL Capital and not from Sunny loans (Elevate) ? Stuffed - claimant because of the lack of above ? thanks G -

It was a debit account. They did -8000 to reconcile. Which would take the balance to 0. They then just defaulted the accounts to -500,000 both the current and savings. I was transferring a few thousand probably around 20-30 times -

Hi Badtimes file updated today showing Lowell's Financial Ltd now. Default showing as January 2018. Still awaiting details to the above from Vanquis as per my GDPR /Subject Access Request. I have also requested COMMS Log to be included. CCA request letter typed up and will be sending to DCA tomorrow with £1 postal order. Is there anything else I need to do?
