I don't understand what's going on, I don't want mediation we defended all of their claim

unless the debt is SB you agree to mediation - doesn't mean it will happen, esp if they've not sent to date all the info you requested.

are you not reading other claimform threads here?

why should I agree to mediation though if they haven't sent the things I asked for

who says you are??

you must be seen to enter into the spirit of mediation...

..you give them time to find them.

.. you agree to the on going process..

that means until the telephone mediation actually happens

whereby the same N180 Q's are asked again before it begins  ..then if they have still failed you state..no I do not have all the requested documentation to make an informed decision..

sorry but you've been on CAG since 2008

a very big part of that is self help...

Does the questionnaire come from the court or Lowell themselves? meaning if we choose to ignore it or miss the call etc.

The most annoying thing here other than Lowell

is the fact that letters from their solicitors come as Miss

we've been married 17 years and the account was under Mrs.

Update the questionnaire has arrived

i'll post it up later

and yes I have read up on this but can't find any on mediation apart from about it not what to do

you always agree to mediation as described in my earlier post unless the A/C is Statute barred

here is the Questionaire but there seems to be added bits to ours other than N180 which has 2 questions do we answer them too.

What's with the attitude?

I clearly read what has been said but it seems it is happening not if it's a stressful time as it is and we are not solicitors we don't understand most laws and how to defend in cases like these but not all cases are the same just like not all threads have same outcome that's why we write separate threads on advice of what to do.

Anyway that's my rant over i'm tired, stressed, and seriously fed up.

Don't get me wrong we appreciate everything you lot do for us but don't like being talked to like we are stupid

Every N180 Directions Questionnaire  has always had  A -D sections you can see from the form itself Copyright 2014.

What are the extra 2 questions you think have been added andrew ?

on Med 5 "WOULD YOU LIKE LIKE TO SETTLE CASE WITHOUT GOING TO COURT HEARING?" 2 questions or statements do we need to send that as well?

Thats not part of the N180 DQ....and a separate sheet if you wish to enter into mediation....and normally sent separately after you complete the DQ. Read part A again on the DQ...paragraph 5.

If you dont wish to enter mediation..then tick no at A1.

If you do wish to enter tick yes and complete the separate sheet ...but only if you can answer yes to both questions
