Thanks, It’s been uplifted to another Peugeot garage so see what they say but it’ll be a couple of weeks before they can look at it 😩 if it comes back the same I’ll pursue independent garages for reports
right, you say this was a B2B contract with one breath and then say it was personal in the next.
You had better be clear as to the nature of this agreement before you start a claim or it will be thrown out because you have failed to sue the correct entity for the correct reason.
What you do ahve goping for you is the agreement for payment is confirned in writing so check on whetehr that agreement was made froma business or personal email/phone and go after him with that in mind.
Yes, you will need to send a LBA saying how much is owed and why and give at least 7 days to pay up or you will take any necessary action to recover the money
No, the problem hasn't been corrected which is why the water company wants to revert to the assessed charge for each home.
When the OP comes back here then we can continue the discussion. As it is, the OP's approach to this thread is rather leisurely
contracted amoutn will be for a particular service. I bet that contract says if you go over the agreed limits you ahve to pay them in blood hence the massive mark-up
you need to check waht you sgned up for and what you have used.
Hi just another quick update after receiving another letter like the one above today i have got one telling me they have recommended to their client to take court action against me, as part of the pre-action protocol they are willing to accept a reduced amount of £144 instead of the full amount of £160 this is their clients final offer before considering court action.
Don't touch them owe me £500 since January 2019 make excuse after excuse. Seem they always have software problems sending money out. Keep saying they will call back or email nothing been chasing it now for 6 mths the phone staff always have the same banter we will chase it up and get back to you then nothing!
