DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

It may be prudent to ring Salford and ask what the service date was...otherwise how are you going to work out your defence date...you have 33 days from and including the date on the claim form in total......19 days to acknowledge service...(which you have done) and a further 14 days to submit a defence....=33.

We could do with some help from you.

5 hours ago, bold said:

on the same claim form i have added  why i dispute the claim. does that not mean i have filed my defence and acknowledged the claim at the same time.

Pretty much.....

N9b......

I would prepare a separate sheet with your defence in depth and submit using the above (You have kept a copy of the N1 and not returned that also ?)...we didn't advise you to submit a defence yet...but then again we didn't tell you not to.
