Harlands CRS Credit Rating

I have read through numerous threads with regards to Harlands/CRS.


I have a £100+ charge for cancelling my £11.99 Direct Debit (after my 12 month contract but without 30 days notice) I have offered to pay £11.99 for the missed Direct Debit payment but no admin fees however this was not accepted by Harlands.


I have seen lots of advice to ignore these letters/texts/calls but was wondering if by doing so has anyone's credit score been affected?

You've already done what we suggest offering to pay a month's fee for the Notice Period but no admin fees.


hey failed to accept your offer so now, you just ignore their begging letter, email and calls.
