DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi

Re the above default notice showing Active PRA Group on 1 credit file ( clearscore) registered 5th April 2017.

however I cannot see this on Experian.
I have routed out the Sar paperwork and Lloyds advised PRA that the default was issued on 5 Feb 2014.
It shows in the comms log.

I am therefore unsure if Clearscore should still show as active I don’t think it should.

many Thanks for your help

if the original creditor registered a default notice then get a copy of that or proof from SAR return

staple it to a letter to PRA and demand the account is removed from your credit file forthwith or a serious complaint will be registered with the ICO and financial compensation will be sought.

give them 14 days

i would also now send PRA our statute barred letter from the debt collection section of our library.

you cant unbar a debt

it's past 6yrs from defaulted date

any contact after that by you cannot reset anything

and even then

we've never seen a claim lost solely because of a letter .
