nothing is 'hanging over you'

go enjoy your life

stop looking for excuses to be miserable and worry.

there is seriously nothing nasty they can ever do.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi how are you getting on with this I have just received the same letter this weekend but my partner and I have had a baby in June together and been living together, I can’t prove he has lived anywhere else as when we have “split up” he has always refused to leave as have I so he stayed in the spare room but I kept the claim going and his doctors is the only thing registered else where, such a night mare isn’t it I’m really nervous to phone!
