I got the same letters from them so thank you guys for the replies. It's really helpful, as I was also worried about it all.

tell us the dates and times of the event,

when you got the NTK and what correspondence you have had since.

 

 dca's cant do anything other than send scary letters so can be ignored completely

Should I still ignore it or is it serious now, please?

tell us the where, when , times, dates of first letter, dates of subsequent correspondence etc.

 

Read up on a large number of posts in private parking rather than just one about trace as they have no say in anything ever so arent your problem.

Hi everyone. 

 

On 28.01.2019 I received a windscreen ticket from IPC company for 'parking within restricted area'. 

 

On 28.02.2019 and 28.03.2019, I received letters 'Parking Charge' through the post.

In those letters they do mention 'Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedom Act 2012' .

I also enclosed those letters as a attachment. 

On 29.04.2019 I got a letter from Trace - Debt Recovery UK Limited'.

 

I would appreciate the advise on what to do now? 

 

Whether to ignore it or take some actions?

I do apologise for replying in the wrong way.

I have put all the documents in one pdf file and uploaded it on here.

All the personal details have been erased. I missed my registration on one of the letters, but it fixed now. 

 

I got a WINDSCREEN TICKET, therefore:

 

1 The date of infringement?  - 28.01.2019

 

2 Have you yet appealed to the parking company yet? [Y/N?- No

 

If you haven't appealed yet - ,.........

 

have you received a Notice To Keeper? (NTK) [must be received by you between 29-56 days]

what date is on it

Did the NTK provide photographic evidence? - I did receive the first NTK on 28.02.2019 without photographic evidence, however the images are uploaded online when typing case number on their website.

 

3 Did the NTK mention Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (PoFA) [Y/N?]- Yes

 

4 Who is the parking company?- IPC

 

6. where exactly [Carpark name and town] did you park?Trinity Village , Bromley

.........................….

 

I hope I have done everything correctly now.

if you can grab the website photos too and pop them up that would be good too.

 

for now

simply ignore everything 

until/unless you get a letter of claim

from one of their fake/tame paper only solicitors

then pop back.

if the car park is near to you

it would be handy for you to get photos of ALL the signs 

their position, particularly from the perspective of driving into the car park.

and any small text they have on them too.

can you look at the back of the NTK and see if they have printed their VAT number? If so let us know what it is.

also, where in trinity village was the vehicle parked? I cannot see any sigange on google that indicates there is parking management anywhere

I'm attaching pictures as a pdf file so you can see what has been put on their website as a supporting evidence.

Unfortunately, I cannot take any pictures as I was just visiting my friends and I'm living a lot further.

However, one of the pictures included, shows the information regarding parking. 

 

Regarding VAT number, the only place the VAT was mentioned and given is the original ticket, but nothing on NTK.

The Vat number is :812 960 238

I've done plenty of reading up, believe me, but I just wanted to make sure that I can just ignore it.

Mr Ellis knows all about rubbish, hence his new job producing it.
