Lowell got a backdoor CCJ. I wasn't aware of any debt. Usual story, moved a couple times, started getting letters at the new place, can't say I paid close attention to the letters but they had already got a CCJ, which I have no paperwork for. Fast forward a bit, they get a warrant of control. Should have dealt with it then, made a start, life got in the way and I forgot.

99% sure the debt is statue barred. The CCJ was sent to an old address.

Can I put in an N244? Struggling with how to fill the form out at the moment. Should I ring Lowells, if so, what should I say?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi and welcome to CAG

Before you can set a side you need the details of the claim.....Ring MCOL Northampton CCBC and request they email copy of the particulars from the N1.

I assume you have a claim number from the Warrant of Control.

And no you dont ring Lowells.

Regards

Andy
