Capquest and barclays loan debt issue

i will be very gratefull if any one can advise me what to do

 

i received a statutory demand under section 268(1)(a) of the insolvency act 1986 from cap quest in behalf of Barclays bank plc.

 

i took the loan in may 2002 after a couple of years of me paying the regular payment by direct debt my financial situtation became very and i did not make any payments for the past 4 and half years or so ,

 

is it true that any loan or credit cards prior to aprill 2007 not enforceable?

and what i have to do with the statutory demands any advice much appreciated.

 

by judgment of the Edmonton county court in processing entitled claim****.

they been sending me a threatening letters from them and another debts colection agencies every 3 to 6 month and i was puuting all of these letters in the bin, coz honeslt and trully i cant afford even struuggling to pay my rent and council tax

yes he is Barry Davis the letter dated 20th of may and i got 18 days

right you need to phone crappyquest tomorow and ask to speak to him

 

you will not get put through and have some cretin with no hair on the nether regions threatning to hang draw and quarter if you dont sell your soul

 

just say you are getting the sd set asside and then hang up

 

dont get into any conversation with these muppetts

 

let me know what happens and we then move up a gear

 

its a set and tried routine so just enjoy the ride

i told him straight i recieved a letter from ur comp signed by barry davis can i speak to him plz

miss muppet r u still here? when it says print name does it mean just print it up in typing no need to do hand writing?

On a CCA request, I have always printed my name by typing and then signed the request using capital letters, and not with my original signature.
