I'm not a vexatious litigant, I just finally got around to dredging the paperwork for any evidence of PPI & instead pulled out scraps of my financial history I had forgotten & so had my credit reference. Imagine my pleased surprise to find MBNA are still going & seemingly at the usual stand in Chester Business Park! I remember sending cheques there. (Yes, I am that old.) Now to ping a SAR there, unless anyone has a better address, & await a small rainforest's demise of paperwork. I do wish there was a legal alternative to paperwork but I suspect not yet.

Again, no evidence of an email address (I'm not so old I don't appreciate a chance to dodge the cost of a stamp if it'll do!) but some things are simpler served on paper.

This time with GDPR legislation backing the time line, OhGoodHeavens. (Bank charges last time , but it feels so long ago!)
