The copy I have of the MS application form is better than the scan copy although a bit distorted I can make everything out that is on the top half. The bottom half is harder. Are you able to post a link to a list of the required prescribed terms?
I have been reading lots of previous threads all of them closed is this why I am unable to open and view any of the attached uploads? I am trying to find examples/copies of unenforceable agreements or even a MS agreement of a similar date to mine.
Regarding "mitigation, actions after the event" : It isn't "mitigation" in the pure legal sense of "actions that will tend to lead to a reduced sentence".
What it might do is show TfL that the likelihood of you re-offending as smaller, so less need to take you to court to achieve that, so greater chance of them agreeing an administrative settlement, so that it never reaches the sentencing phase.
If Andy is correct, that you have received the judgement amount but without costs or interest, then simply write to the Court, addressing your letter to the Judge so it does go in front of one. I did exactly this and the Judge made an order that the other amounts be paid or the judgement would not be satisfied.
I thought I had used the standard one unfortunately, I didn't change it to that.
I followed this sticky post
You have received a Claim - What you need to do. **UPDATED Jan 2019**
and then clicked on Request 2 - Current Accounts
which led to this post:
LEGAL : CPR 31.14 Request when Claim is being made for a Current Account
The download in there included the bit about the counter claim but I didn't tick counter claim on MCOL.
Is the NOA acceptable given that it doesn't seem to have come from Lloyds? The copy they sent has Lowell information on the reverse of the sheet.
