DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I'm fully aware I need to interact with the thread, I'm simply asking if you need all of the docs in the pack. I have removed the statements and the attached is scanned via my phone and compressed (a bit bad but worked).

I've uploaded the CCA but not the Ts&Cs.

I've not uploaded the statements as I was instructed not to on a previous post on this thread when they sent the claim pack through - it's the same info.

Same with the Sums in arrears statements, Notice of Default.

The Notice of Assignment I missed and uploading now again as a multi page pdf

If and when you get a letter from the court telling you they are lifting the stay.. Safe to ignore the last 3 missives from restons

Hey folks,

Just had a Resolve Call fella come to my front door. He asked if I was such and such, I said yes, he then revealed his ID and introduced himself and that he was from Resolve Call and I promptly shut the door. On reflection, should I have handled this differently, in case they come back for another "chat".

Thanks.

Chat about what .....the court claim ?  You need to keep details of this visit and raise it with the court at the appropriate stage......the debt is being litigated.

We could do with some help from you.

I'm assuming its to with the letter they sent in the post above where they are attempting to get me to talk to Cabot about entering some sort of repayment plan.

If they call again, I'll get my phone out and record the conversation and I'll remind them the case is in litigation.
